We are excited to share that we have launched an exciting new suite of personal and business credit cards as of January 1, 2018. Thanks to our new partnership with Collabria Financial, we are happy to offer a product that creates a better banking experience for our members—competitive rates & fees, a robust rewards program, a U.S. Mastercard and mobile device insurance just to name a few!

We are currently finalizing all of the details and will send you more information about this transition in the upcoming months. You can expect to receive a letter from your current card provider, followed by a letter from Collabria outlining your new card features and benefits.

For now, there isn't any action required and you can continue to use your credit card and enjoy your credit card benefits. In the meantime, here are a few Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about this transition:

Do I need to do anything with my credit card right now? Expand/Collapse

No!  Please keep using your credit card as you always have. Over the next couple months you will receive more information about your new credit card, and what actions are required.

What will stay the same for now? Expand/Collapse

The following items remain the same:

  • Bill payments—Continue to pay your Mastercard bill online or at the branch.

  • Terms—Current terms of your Mastercard agreement do not change during the transition to a new credit card provider.

Are there any immediate changes that I should be aware of? Expand/Collapse

The following items have changed:

  • Login links—Effective January 1, 2018, you will not see any direct links to the CUETS or Choice Rewards pages on our website.

  • CHOICE REWARDS® account—You will need to log in to your account directly through the Choice Rewards site—our logo will no longer be visible but this will not impact your ability to use your current Mastercard.

  • Balance Protection Insurance—The insurance coverage ends on December 31, 2017.

What is Collabria? Why are you switching credit card providers? Expand/Collapse

Collabria is a credit card solutions provider built specifically to embrace the spirit of partnership, collaboration and responsiveness. Collabria is a Canadian company that has partnered with credit unions across the country. With Collabria, Interior Savings can offer a better experience for our members, with more competitive rates and fees, and exciting new cards and card benefits, including a U.S. Mastercard and mobile device insurance!

When will my credit card switch? Expand/Collapse

You will receive a new Collabria credit card late May or early June. We will be switching all credit cards to Collabria on June 15, 2018. After this date your existing credit card will no longer function.  Your new card will need to be activated starting June 16, 2018.

What transfers with the credit card? Expand/Collapse

Any accumulated reward points will transfer over to your new credit card, and will be available for redemption through Collabria’s reward program. Points can be redeemed for statement credit, travel, gift cards or products. If you currently have a promotional balance transfer interest rate on your current credit card, this will NOT transfer over to your new Collabria credit card.

How will my credit card change? Expand/Collapse

We have done our best to match your existing credit card with a comparable credit card from Collabria. With your new credit card you can expect to receive the same or a lower annual fee, a better annual interest rate, exciting new benefits such as mobile device insurance, inter-generational travel medical coverage and a robust rewards program.

Do I need to change my re-occurring payments? Expand/Collapse

Yes!  Your new Interior Savings Collabria Mastercard card will have a different card number then your existing Mastercard.  Any re-occurring payments (Netflix, gym memberships, donations etc) scheduled up to and including June 15, 2018 will be charged to your existing Mastercard.  Any payments scheduled for June 16, 2018 and onwards will need to be updated to your new Collabria Mastercard card number.  Please note, you can activate your Collabria Mastercard card starting June 16, 2018.
